Yoona also finished high school in 2009, and she is currently enrolled in Dongguk University where she studies music and theater. Otherwise known for her full name Lee Chae-rin, CL was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. However, she travelled a lot because of her father’s occupation as a physics professor. Thus, she had spent some years in Japan and France, and she is fluent in several languages including French, Japanese, English and Korean. During her teenage years, though, she and her family finally settled in South Korea. As a performer, she became known for her first hit song called “Into”, which she recorded in 2007.
